A Prayer

Today’s Prayer

Father in Heaven, I've allowed my mind to wander to the ways of worry and 'what ifs' once again. Forgive me, Lord. I fix my eyes on You, the Author and Finisher of my faith. Fill me afresh with Your joy and peace. May Your strength be my guard and guide. Help me to take every lesser thought captive and make it obedient to You. Help me to walk in the reality of Your presence and promises today. I have everything because I have You. Thank you, Lord. Amen

Romans 12:2 NLT ~ Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.
