Tuesday, January 27 – Tessa Afshar/Novel Talk (Recorded); Chris Fabry/Novel Talk When tragedy sends us reeling, God’s hand never leaves us. Listen as Susie talks with Tessa Afshar. They unpack the themes of her new novel based on the life of Ruth and talk about how God works even in dark times to redeem and restore His people. Thursday, January 29 – J.R. Briggs/The Way Back from Failure; David Timms/The Power of Blessing (Recorded) – Our failures don’t have to define us. They can sometimes be the best teachers. On the next Live the Promise Susie is joined by J.R. Briggs to talk about getting back up after a fall.
